"About" Gina Scott

 With over 20 years experience, I specialize in residential properties in the beautiful South Carolina Lowcountry areas of Bluffton, Sun City, Beaufort and Jasper Counties, working with 1st time homebuyers as well as seasoned investors. I offer my clients full service and commitment to meeting their real estate needs by listening to their desires and showing all properties that fit their criteria, not just my listings or my company listings. It seems that every buyer or seller I serve becomes a friend; I really depend on them referring their friends and family to me. I am married to James Scott, we have 3 children and 6 grandchildren and we have lived on New River, Jasper County, for almost 30 years. Jimmy is a quite an entrepreneur being a builder, Certified in Termite protection, inspections, a home inspector, a S.C. State Constable, former law officer. He also owns a hardware/feed/plant store just opened in downtown Hardeeville. With my involvement on the various Boards and organizations, you can see we lead a very active lifestyle.
 
Improving the quality of life in the SC Lowcountry where I have lived for 30 years has always been important to me. Volunteering has always been a way of life and I have been active on many community boards and committees, as well as EMS. I have served as Chairman of the Hardeeville Catfish Festival, the Christmas Parades, beauty pageants and many other activities. Serving as Chairman and on the committee of the American Cancer Society "Relay for Life" for many years has been a very rewarding experience, as well as being a member of the Jasper County Rotary Club. I am past-chair of the Bluffton-Hardeeville Business Council; currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Hilton Head Island - Bluffton Chamber of Commerce, the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce and the Off Island Council. I am determined to preserve our quality of life that we enjoy in this beautiful area, yet very excited about welcoming the new development and growth that we are destined for.
